Kelsey Redd:

Hey friends, welcome back to Intentional Motherhood. I am so excited for this episode today because I have an amazing guest to share with you. Her name is Mary Armendarez, and she is the author of the book, The Return to Your Soul. She's a speaker, meditation guide, and the creator of transformational programs that help women reconnect with themselves after years of putting everyone else first. Through her work in nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and self trust, Mary teaches women how to move out of survival mode and into a life of greater peace, presence, and purpose.

Kelsey Redd:

Welcome, Mary, to the show. Thank you, Kelsey. I'm so excited to be here today. When I read your bio, I thought this girl is doing exactly what we need to talk about on this podcast. So I'm so grateful for this opportunity to have this conversation with you.

Kelsey Redd:

And you've had such an amazing journey that you were just telling me a little bit about. And ultimately you decided to put all of your work and your learning and your transformational healing process into a book for people to go through on their own time and learn how to self heal through this self trust and this getting a better sense of their identity and their worth. So tell us just a little bit about how you got to this point and what people can expect when they work with you and read your book. So

Mary Armendarez:

I've had a bit of a crazy life. I got kicked out of my house when I was 16 years old. So survival mode started for me right then and there and what else is going to happen? You end up having a baby when I was 19 years old because I was in survival mode and through my life, I noticed that I was repeating the same patterns and I was giving my energy and attention to everybody else except for myself. And I discovered that I was constantly full of anxiety.

Mary Armendarez:

Whenever my husband came home, I didn't know what kind of mood he was in, being home with young kids all day, just never giving myself the time to rest or soften and forget about, you know, going out and having friend, friends, going out and doing things for yourself. So, as these years went by, I realized, I started, actually, I started connecting with the angels and I started to learn that I didn't need to live like this anymore. I didn't need to give my power and energy away to everybody else that I matter and that's a really important thing that I think we need to discuss today. That as women, we matter. If we're not present in ourselves, everything around us is chaos.

Mary Armendarez:

And then the burnout starts and the exhaustion starts. And what we're doing is we're surviving step by step. So I was telling Kelsey earlier, I, you know, was a speaker on podcasts, on my own podcast. I was super busy. And guess what?

Mary Armendarez:

The the walls came crumbling down. The rug got pulled out from me. My husband had a stroke. Oh my god. My kids are grown.

Mary Armendarez:

Now, I have a 57 year old man I have to take care of. So, here I am back in back in caring for somebody else, forgetting about myself, full of anxiety, fear, forget about, the fear was so intense. And I finally looked in at myself and said, what do I need? What do I feel? And there was a huge transformation that took over.

Mary Armendarez:

All the wounds, all the pressure, all the anger, all the regret started flying in. And now he's healing like crazy. And all this information started coming through and I started healing myself and I heard, take what you've gone through, your survival, and put it in a book. So that is how the return to your soul happened. So it's a beautiful book to come back and look at ourselves and there's just just beautiful information and it's my personal stories and each each section.

Mary Armendarez:

So it's just a wonderful, powerful way to just say, you know what? I matter. And I, and I am, because it is our birthright to connect to our soul, to our higher self, and to be happy and manage the family and manage the partners and your career life too. Cause a lot of us have careers too. So, you know, it gets really, really difficult.

Mary Armendarez:

So basically that's how the return to your soul came about.

Kelsey Redd:

Wow, thank you so much for sharing that. And you know, as you were talking about those early years, surviving the survival mode, it's just so relatable, you know, like a lot of my moms are young, you know, moms with young kids, a lot of us stay home or work from home which a lot of women like you said are trying to balance career, family. And of course we tend to put ourselves as the last priority because it's a gift that women have to care so much and to be the caretakers in the society and to be willing to sacrifice. But there comes a point where it stops being beneficial and it starts to actually, like you said, create chaos all around us for the very people that we're trying to care for and be present for. It starts to shift to actually we're creating more chaos because we're just in survival mode.

Kelsey Redd:

So tell us a little bit about how what are some signs that your nervous system is just shot and you are stuck in survival mode and you need to make a change. And then we'll work our way into what the healing part actually looks like, that

Mary Armendarez:

is the part I'm really excited about. Sure. So, you know, first you notice, wait, where did I go? Where did I go? Right?

Mary Armendarez:

I don't even have time to get on the phone and talk to my girlfriends anymore. So we start getting disconnected from ourselves because we are constantly on the go. That's a big sign that your nervous system is out of balance. Constantly on the go. And we don't know how to slow down anymore.

Mary Armendarez:

Because once your nervous system gets out of balance, you can't think straight, right? And then the mental mind starts going. And I like to call it the the old male mind or the old female mind. So, we're constantly on that hamster in the wheel. Thinking, thinking.

Mary Armendarez:

We're thinking in the past. We're thinking in the future. That is an absolute sign that you're disconnected from who you are, right? So we want to get back to self. Remembering who that little girl is.

Mary Armendarez:

Remembering those dreams that she had. Remembering those promises you made to yourself. So that starts looking, so we start getting really disconnected. We don't do anything for ourselves anymore. We're not asking the most important question.

Mary Armendarez:

What am I feeling? What do I need? That's gone. Because we're trying to keep up with the family. We're trying to please and then we over please.

Mary Armendarez:

Oh boy, that is the biggest thing ever. We, people please constantly And we forget that we have the ability to say no. Because once you start learning how to say no, you're respecting yourself again. You're bringing back who you are and it's okay. And then a huge one is another huge sign is feeling guilty.

Mary Armendarez:

Feeling guilty. I didn't read Johnny that book last night. Oh, right?

Kelsey Redd:

My mom guilt.

Mary Armendarez:

Yes. It's horrible what it does to us. So the nerve system truly runs the whole entire show for us. If our nervous system isn't in complete alignment, we can't function. We can't sleep.

Mary Armendarez:

We can't eat. We overeat. We start biting our nails. Our hair starts. I had my sister still out of whack that she would have holes of hair, you know, holes in her head from the hair falling out.

Mary Armendarez:

So we have all these symptoms. And then we get chronic headaches, right? And the key to bringing this all back is super simple. We can all do it super, super simple. The first thing is the breath.

Mary Armendarez:

We always have the breath to go back to. And I actually offer a free breath practice. It's two minutes. That's it. Two minutes.

Mary Armendarez:

And you can get back in alignment instantly. And all it is, is it's breathing into the belly and then you bring up to the heart and then up to the mind. You do that for two times. I just ask you to do that two times and you are bringing back. So what is it doing?

Mary Armendarez:

It's calming the body the heart because the heart starts racing when we're out of alignment when our nervous system is out of alignment and then, we're bringing the breath into the air. So, it's into the mind. So, it's calming us That's an instant practice. But the secret is when you are in survival mode all the time, because that's really what wax out our nervous system. We have to remember to stop, breathe and ask the most important question.

Mary Armendarez:

What am I feeling? What am I feeling? What do I need? Hey, maybe you just need a simple hug, right? Or because what's happening too when we're we're whacked out of the in in the nervous system, our emotions, right?

Mary Armendarez:

And then we call, we call like, you're crazy. You're out of control, right? We've all been called that because we're not looking at ourselves and going, yeah, I I actually need a hug. I actually need to take a rest. Cause we don't even allow ourselves to lay down and take that little nap that we need.

Mary Armendarez:

So we can come back to our to ourselves. So we always remember to come back to ourselves. So what I was, my point was I get scattered, excuse me. My point is, is to, when you, when you start becoming aware that you're getting tired, you're feeling guilty. As soon as that awareness comes in, you guys, that is the secret.

Mary Armendarez:

Awareness is the secret because once you're aware, you cannot be unaware. Mhmm. Period. So the key is to stop, breathe, do the breath. What am I feeling?

Mary Armendarez:

What do I need? Right? Giving yourself a little time out because that'll just put you back in alignment. There's so many wonderful things you can do.

Kelsey Redd:

Yeah, there are. And I hope that I've provided my listeners with some of those kinds of tools. And if they're looking for more, they can go to your website because you offer all sorts of tools like that. And even in your book, have QR codes to little meditations, is amazing. But I just have this little gift for having all these mom voices in my head as you're talking, and this is what I hear them saying.

Kelsey Redd:

I hear them saying, But I don't have time to go rest. But my kids have to be fed. But I have to be taking one to this activity, and I gotta take care of this with my other, and I'm homeschooling. So almost becomes like a I don't even know if I, first of all, have time, or do I even want to do what you just described, slow down, connect with myself? Because maybe if I connect with myself, I might not be able to handle what I discover.

Kelsey Redd:

Mhmm. So what do we do in that situation?

Mary Armendarez:

So in that situation, and it's the truth too. So what I would say, first of all, you need to look at yourself and start having more, look at yourself and start having more self respect. Because if you don't take that one minute, we all have that one minute. We do have that one minute. When you're drinking your coffee in the morning, we all drink our coffee or our tea in the morning.

Mary Armendarez:

That moment right there, you're going to say, I surrender. I surrender to my highest self. I surrender. And you just saying that you don't even have to do anything. You could just think it.

Mary Armendarez:

I surrender. Or for me, what I do is first thing in the morning, we all go to the bathroom first thing in the morning. You got time for that, right? Put your feet on the ground. I do it every morning.

Mary Armendarez:

Put my feet on the ground when I'm going to the bathroom first thing. And I go, I release all anxiety. Just say it in your head. I release anything that's bothering me. Thank you.

Mary Armendarez:

Done. What is that? That's what was that five seconds? Right? So we can keep making excuses.

Mary Armendarez:

We don't have time. We don't have time, but I'll tell you what, if you don't take that thirty seconds and give yourself that time to say, release anything that is bothering me. Done, it's done. Because you're opening yourself up for more light to come in, more self love to come in. We all have that when we're going pee.

Mary Armendarez:

I surrender. I surrender. That's it. I release. Because the more you do that, the more you're going to want it.

Mary Armendarez:

Why? Because you're going to feel great. You're going to feel great. When you're driving in the car, your kids are driving you crazy. What is your mind doing?

Mary Armendarez:

You're thinking other things. Why not just say, you know what? I choose. I choose. See?

Mary Armendarez:

We can choose. That's the beautiful thing. You can make a choice. I choose to feel great inside. I choose self love.

Mary Armendarez:

I choose self respect. There's so many different things you can do, but I'm telling you, when you go to the bathroom every morning, put those feet on the ground and release and you're releasing anyways.

Kelsey Redd:

Okay, well, love these examples because my whole motto with my podcast is how to create the life you want without doing more. Like we're not trying to add more to your to do list, we're not trying to say you can have an amazing life, you're just gonna have to work harder and hustle harder and you know, have more guilt because you're trying to achieve more, more, more, more. And so you just described a few examples of literally things we have to do every day that just shift how we use our energy in that moment and shift the thought frequencies that we put out into the world starting in our own thoughts to just allow us to tap into self love, to tap into that surrender and that trust. So I love those examples. They're perfect.

Kelsey Redd:

So talk to us a little bit more about this idea of going in and healing all these things that we find because if I've learned anything in motherhood, it's that our children oftentimes create the most beautiful little opportunities to learn about our own wounds and our own triggers. They sure do. Give us a little opportunity to re parent ourselves. So tell us how, what does that healing look like?

Mary Armendarez:

Okay, so there's so many things coming up. So, the the greatest thing what you just said is how our children trigger us, right? So, it's actually like anybody that you that you get into conflict with, right? It could be your partner, your husband, your wife, whatever. This is crazy.

Mary Armendarez:

This is like so awesome. So, every, most of you probably heard this. So, there, you're looking at a mirror, right? So, say your little, your little child is being naughty, nasty. Let's just say nasty because they can be nasty.

Mary Armendarez:

What is triggering is your little Mary, your little Kelsey is going, that's irritating me, right? So you need to look at yourself. It's a mirror reflection. How are you, are you getting angry? Are you getting sad?

Mary Armendarez:

Are you gonna lose your mind? So they're triggering something inside of you that you haven't looked at. How about that? So what are you gonna do? You're gonna look at it and you're gonna go, thank you.

Mary Armendarez:

Thank you for making me become aware of what you're saying to me is pissing me off. So, that anger is coming up or that confusion is coming up or that confrontation's coming up. It's a direct mirror and it happens with our bosses, our partners, our husbands. Happens with everybody, right? How about that one person that that you get around and they're like, god, they're really just make me irritated.

Mary Armendarez:

Check-in with yourself. Check-in with yourself. There's something inside of you that's pulling them to talk to you that way. So what you do is, is you you imagine yourself in front of that mirror or you imagine yourself in front your child. This is what I do every day.

Mary Armendarez:

Whenever I'm in a conflict, this is what I do. When I do this with my husband, when he irritates me or my kids. I put them in violet fire. Violet is the energy of transformation in forgiveness. So, I put myself in it and I put you put your children in it, right?

Mary Armendarez:

And you go wherever, whatever this conflict is, I forgive it within myself and I forgive it within them. Boom. That's how quick. So we don't need any new tools. We don't need to go and be like these geniuses and figure all this out.

Mary Armendarez:

No. Simple things. I forgive whatever this reflection is within me and watch what happens. Whenever I I always get nervous because in the middle of the month, the credit card bill's going to come. And I know he's going to come to me and he's going to go, what did you buy?

Mary Armendarez:

So what I would do before he even comes, I put him in violent fire. And there's no conflict. Now we can have a conversation and we can know, you know, speak to each other in a calm manner. But the more I do that, I've noticed I can diffuse any situation, even with our children. I love that.

Kelsey Redd:

I love that because again we don't need to go into a bunch of parenting strategies and about a whole bunch of this is how you need to handle all these conflicts, but what you're talking about with the violet fire is harnessing that frequency of the violet color and that flame, but you're also talking about the forgiveness. You're talking about instant forgiveness, self forgiveness, and forgiveness of the other. And it just feels like that is the power of God that we can tap into as moms especially, as women, that we can harness. And you know when we pray, we often pray for God's grace or we pray for God's power. For myself I pray for you know, God's patience to get through another day and all of that.

Kelsey Redd:

But then a lot of times women are like, okay, but how does it show up? You know, like, where is it though? Like, where is it tangibly? And I love that example that you just gave because that is, I would say, a demonstration of God's power to be able to instantaneously tap into God's forgiveness and the frequency of transformation, and to say, Let me now have this conflict, the situation completely neutralized and completely calmed so that I don't have to go into an escalated conflict. And it's really interesting, I had never thought about it with the color, But I have one daughter who we jokingly in my family say she is exactly me.

Kelsey Redd:

Exactly me as a seven year old. Know we just are exactly the same in every way. And she is the one who can most easily push my buttons and trigger me. And every time I'm like, it is like having my inner child on the outside of me and having to deal with you. But lately when she struggles and maybe hits or lashes out or whatever it is, I tell her I've already forgiven you.

Kelsey Redd:

But we need to still resolve this so that we can repair our relationship. But I've been telling her that I've just, I just have had this maybe feeling inspiration to say, I've already forgiven you. I can never hold anything against you. I always forgive you. But let's talk about why we need to apologize and why we need to treat each other in a certain way.

Kelsey Redd:

And so I just have I'm loving that you brought that Violet into it, that color of transformation and forgiveness. So once we get into maybe some of these skills and we're able to implement them into our lives, tell us a little bit about, I guess the why. You know, brought it up in your introduction and you talked about the most important thing is recognizing that we matter. And I feel like we all know that in our minds, but sometimes it's harder to know it in our heart. So talk a little bit about that God given worth, that birthright of worth that we have, and why and how we sometimes put on armor in the life we live that blocks us from feeling it and receiving it.

Kelsey Redd:

So

Mary Armendarez:

that's a really important thing. So what happens as we grow as young children, right? So, it's who we're around, the situations we're around, each layer that we don't resolve or look at, it's another armor that we place around ourselves and it's actually, it's protection and it's survival. That's what it is. So, there's no need to beat yourself up about it.

Mary Armendarez:

There's no need to carry around our victim patch, know? Because if we carry around these victim patches, we're not allowing beautiful new things to to come into our lives. And when I see a lot is a lot of women, men too, we hold the armor so tight that we won't even allow the good things that are supposed to come to us. Right? So our birthright is to have everything we want.

Mary Armendarez:

There's enough abundance, whatever you wanna say, but you know, abundance is in many forms. It's just not money. Abundance comes in worthiness. Abundance comes in receiving. Abundance comes in as self love and self respect.

Mary Armendarez:

And if we don't have that, it's because we're not safe. That's all. We don't feel safe. Don't feel safe in who we are. But if we remember, we are images of God.

Mary Armendarez:

And I believe God is feminine and masculine, right? And we are absolute reflections of God. What does that mean? That means we can create whatever we want. Bad, good, or indifference.

Mary Armendarez:

But let's put on the hat to create what we want. But we first need to get safe. How do we do that, Mary? How do I start feeling safe? So let's go back to the morning peeing.

Mary Armendarez:

Right? Sitting on the toilet. This is so powerful. I can't even tell you. I just just please just try this one time.

Mary Armendarez:

You will feel different. I can feel the angels are really coming in and so is God right now. So when you're back on that toilet, first thing in the morning, I want you to, I want you to imagine it is ruby red. So you're sitting on ruby red and it's cozy. It's comfy.

Mary Armendarez:

And I just want you to say, I released any, like, the things that I have to do today, all the running around, everything. I just want to have a nice, peaceful day. But I'm sitting on Ruby red. What is Ruby red? That's safety and security.

Mary Armendarez:

That's the divine mother. That's the power that lives within you. Duh, we're tapping into it right now on our first pee in the morning. We're tapping into it. So what I want you to do is put those feet on the ground.

Mary Armendarez:

You're not gonna use your phone. You're just gonna put your feet on the ground. You're gonna sit on your ruby red toilet seat and you're gonna expand it, Right? You're going to expand that color. And all you're going to say is, I allowed the divine feminine to flow through me.

Mary Armendarez:

That's it. Or just say, I allowed the ruby red to come up through me. Whatever, whatever you want to do. If And you can't see it, you can't imagine it, doesn't matter because the power is intention. I choose.

Mary Armendarez:

Right? So it all starts with safety. And once you start with that safety and start bringing in that ruby red energy, especially down where the bottom half of us. Mhmm. Yep.

Mary Armendarez:

Thank you. That was the word I was looking for. And once you start doing that every single day, your day is going to feel so much better because you're going to feel rooted and safe. Now, once you start feeling rooted and safe, now we can start going in here. I'm going, what do I need?

Mary Armendarez:

What do I feel? It gets easier and easier. And a very important thing, the other day I was talking on the phone with a friend and we were going through, you know, talking about emotions and this and that. And he said to me, he goes, you know, I just want you to know you're enough. And I went, what?

Mary Armendarez:

Don't you, I hate that word. Don't ever say that word to me again, I'm enough. I didn't realize that I still didn't feel like I was enough, because what did it do? It did a mirror reflection. I reacted.

Mary Armendarez:

I couldn't even say the word. I had no idea. It took me fifty years to finally say that word. And once I started saying it, I'm enough. I am safe.

Mary Armendarez:

I deserve love. Right? I deserve to be loved. I deserve to respect myself. Soon as I started saying that, I was like, wow, I have enough.

Mary Armendarez:

Oh my gosh, I really am enough. And I believe I'm enough now. So there's these really simple, great ways to get yourself grounded, get yourself back into you, because as soon as you feel safe, then the real healing can start happening for you. And what I try to do too, is always walk around in that violet fire, that flame, because what happens is when we're in the survival mode and the nervous system is out of whack, it's what, where does it all start? One place it all starts right here.

Mary Armendarez:

In the head. Right here in the head. So you, us, all of us need to constantly keep that. It's getting dark in here. Is it getting dark in here in my room?

Mary Armendarez:

It's not too bad. It's because there's a big storm coming in. So right here on the top is the crown chakra. That's where the the the purple is. So, if you, when you start getting really, oh my gosh, I have to do this.

Mary Armendarez:

Oh my gosh, I have to do that. I don't have time for this. This kid needs this. This kid. Breathe.

Mary Armendarez:

Do that. And then let that violet energy start coming through your head and it'll clear your mind. Just like that. Simple. You don't need to go run around and find new complex things to do.

Mary Armendarez:

We don't have time for that. These are quick, easy things. Go into the bathroom, third person in the morning. Boom. Done.

Mary Armendarez:

You're ready to go. You're gonna start your day off on a way better note, safe and secure. Yeah. And that's when the magic happens.

Kelsey Redd:

Yeah. I think when you literally just as you've been saying that word of safe, to feel safe. I mean, I'm feeling a physiological change in myself just being like, yeah. What would that feel like to just feel safe and secure? And therefore, if I can feel safe and secure, I don't have to overachieve.

Kelsey Redd:

I don't have to compensate. I don't have to people please. Don't have to it just it's like a permission slip. You're safe. You're enough.

Kelsey Redd:

So you can just be. And you're you have worth just because you exist without having to go seek for it or strive for it or work hard for it or prove it. Because this is obviously a podcast about motherhood, I always come back to how would the world change if a generation of children learned that from moms like us who are doing this work ourselves so that we can help our children to understand that they're safe, they're enough. They don't have to prove their worth, but they are loved and worthy of love because the very fact that God created them. Nothing more required.

Kelsey Redd:

How would the world change in just a few generations as we start to teach that?

Mary Armendarez:

You know, and I actually believe Kelsey, that it's actually already starting. It's already starting because what you're seeing is the vibration of the earth is changing. So, what it what's what are we doing here as human beings, as us? We chose to come here and what we are dealing with is fear versus love.

Kelsey Redd:

Mhmm.

Mary Armendarez:

Which one are you going to choose? Which one are you going to walk in? Most of us walk in fear, unfortunately. So we need to get safe, right? And stay in the present moment as much as we possibly can.

Mary Armendarez:

That's a hard thing to do for all of us. But the love, right? If we start teaching our children just like you said, I'm enough. I am loved. You are loved unconditionally by me, by my grandparents, by your aunts, by your uncles.

Mary Armendarez:

You are loved and you are enough. The world is going to change so much faster because the the the more you and I do it, the more it bounces off. It's a ripple reflect. And that's why being a parent, we need to take a step back. We need to take a step back and start checking in with ourselves first because your kids are going to react to what you are doing.

Mary Armendarez:

So, we need to reflect on ourselves. How am I approaching this? Hey, I'm going to try something new from that crazy lady on that show. I'm to put my kids in violet fire and let's see what happens, right? So violet fire just so so we're clear is just energy, purple energy that transformation it does.

Mary Armendarez:

It transforms what is happening and then we're adding forgiveness in it. And we are, this is the strongest message and this is what I love what you're doing. We are made in the image of God. We have to remember that. So when this fear starts coming, wait a minute, God's made of love.

Mary Armendarez:

Right? What what is it? Love conquers all. So I need to feel safe so the fear goes away. Right?

Mary Armendarez:

And then I'm going to hold love. And once you start holding that love within you, it's a ripple effect. So it is, this is the same as within, so without. If you are, if you are feeling love and you're excited, you know, people, you know, when you're around, they're like, wow, I love being around you. You're so positive.

Mary Armendarez:

You're so this. What is happening? It's a ripple effect. What's going on inside of me? Now, if I'm fearful, anxious, depressed, don't take care of myself, chronic stress.

Mary Armendarez:

What's happening with the kiddos? They're feeling it. What's happening with them? They're feeling it. Every morning on the toilet, I am safe, ruby red, feet planted on the ground.

Mary Armendarez:

And to ramp it up, put that violet fire through your brain. Set, ready to go. Just take that, moment to just breathe and go, I am safe. I am not. I'm enough.

Mary Armendarez:

I am love. And everything's going to work out beautifully with ease and grace for me today. Thank you. You could say that in your mind instead of freaking out over what we have to buy for dinner and Sammy won't eat this and this and that. It's crazy how we, we go down those garden paths and it's like, Woah, what am I doing to myself?

Mary Armendarez:

I don't need to be doing this.

Kelsey Redd:

Yeah.

Mary Armendarez:

Let's take a step back.

Kelsey Redd:

Yeah. Well, and as you say, let's take a step back. It really comes back to ultimately the fear or love. It is. And God is love.

Kelsey Redd:

So it goes both ways. When we recognize that we are created in the image of God, then to me that means I have divinity within me, So therefore I am love, right? And so it goes both ways. Both I can tap into God's love, but also I am love because I am made as God. So when we can do that, yeah, that's a big shift.

Kelsey Redd:

And I love that you bring it to the global sense of actually the frequency of the whole planet can shift when more and more people are tapping into that love and creating safety and letting go of fear. Mary, this has been such a great conversation and I would love for my listeners to be able to find you so that they can learn more about your work and listen to more of your meditations. What's the best way for them to find you?

Mary Armendarez:

So they can find me at maryarmaderas.com. And I have a beautiful course I just put out and I'm super excited about that. And I do personalized meditations. And so with the personalized meditations, it's you tell me what's going on. You, if you're, if you're feeling anxious, this or that, and what do you want to step into, right?

Mary Armendarez:

So we'll get rid of the things that are bothering you. And then we're going to fill you up with what you want to become and how you want to feel inside. And it's a beautiful gift to give yourself because repetitive, being repetitive and listening to it will shift your insights, right? Just like I said, as within, so without. So let's get in alignment because when we're in alignment, we are flowing in God's divinity, just like you said.

Mary Armendarez:

You We so have the power.

Kelsey Redd:

You're welcome. I'm going to have links to your website, maryarmadarez.com, and also to your book all in the show notes so that it's really easy for people to find that way, or they can just look up your website as you mentioned. But thank you so much for being on and for having this conversation

Mary Armendarez:

with us. Thank you so much, Kelsey. You're doing a beautiful job.

Kelsey Redd:

Don't forget to check the show notes below for links to Mary's website, a link to purchase her book, The Return to Your Soul, and other ways to connect with Mary on social media. I also want to let you know that next episode publishing in just a couple days will be an extension of this episode where Mary actually leads us through one of her meditations, integrating the four bodies, mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies that so often get disconnected. She's going to guide us through a meditation to integrate those, so make sure you join us for that. I appreciate you being here with me. I'll see you next time on Intentional Motherhood.

Mary Armendarez:

Thanks for listening to Intentional Motherhood. If you like the show, give it mom a review.
