20 | Setting Boundaries for Slowing Down to Show Up as an Intentional Mom: Why I’m Adjusting the Podcast Schedule
Hey friends, welcome to Intentional Motherhood. I'm your host, Kelsey Redd, stay at home mom of four little ones, entrepreneur, go getter, initiator, and lover of all things nature. If you guys have been listening for a while, you know that I am all about self care, being an intentional, present mom, and connecting with kids, and creating a family culture that you're proud of. You may also have figured out that I tend to get a lot of big ideas, and I tend to just dive fully into all the things that I want to do. And sometimes I get in a little over my head.
Kelsey Redd:And because it is so critical at this stage of my family life with my little ones and my baby to hold boundaries, I am working on this new skill. I'm working on holding boundaries with me to protect my time, my energy reserves, my brainpower, and really my time with my kids. And in that vein, I have decided to adjust the release schedule of the podcast episodes to just one episode per week. So stick with me every Thursday from here on out, You'll be getting lots of amazing content. Lots of freebies are coming up.
Kelsey Redd:I'm building a community. I'm creating immersive healing experiences for women to be a part of. I've got a retreat coming up that I'm really excited about and that I hope that you'll be interested in learning more about because I love doing this work. I love working with women. I love sharing the message of self care and self empowerment to make you into the best, most intentional mother that you can be for your kids.
Kelsey Redd:But I first have to embody that spirit and that principle. And I'm going to do that by minimizing the amount of work I'm doing, still enjoying the passions and hobbies that I love, and slowing down so that I can be more present with my kids. I wanted to let you all know that this was coming up so that you're not surprised when you don't see two episodes each week from here on out. But I hope you'll stick with me, and I'll see you next time on Intentional Motherhood.
