Welcome to Intentional Motherhood: Parenting Tips to Deepen Family Relationships, While Preserving Your Personal Identity. I'm your host, Kelsey Redd, a Mental Health Therapist turned Stay-At-Home-Mom of four amazing kids. Through a decade of infertility, I dreamt of the kind of mother I would be and the kind of family she would have. But motherhood is a whole lot harder when you're in the thick of it, and after battling through postpartum depression after my twins were born, and postpartum anxiety after having my third baby in less than two years, I have finally come to place where I love motherhood! I think it's the best job in the world! And I want to share wisdom learned through my real and raw experiences as a mom to help you realize you're not alone and you're not going crazy!
Each episode of Intentional Motherhood offers actionable parenting strategies, real mom-life stories, and expert child-development insights from my clinical background & experience as a twin-mom and now mom of four to help you navigate the chaos of motherhood with purpose, presence, and grace.
